copilot --resume doesn't find new sessions anymore

Describe the bug

When I do copilot --resume, I don't see newly created sessions.

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.17.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Do a session.
2. Exit
3. Run copilot --resume

Expected behavior

The first session should be recorded.
It is not shown in the list: only old sessions (from before this bug) are listed.
