chore: add welcome page links for connector items

Adds links for welcome page. List of connectors are now links as well. Things like this should work as expected,

• Welcome page → ClickHouse card (shortcut) → back returns to Welcome page
• Welcome page → "See all connectors" → Connector list → ClickHouse → back returns to Connector list

Unless the project gets initialised cmd+click should work.

I would think that there would be separate links for the connector form and data explorer form
