Adaptive Simpson's Integration

Measuring land-usage optimality for solar panels. Uses Prithvi + LoRA to fine-tune and compress Sentinel-2 data with GeoRank regularization. Models land fitness at a coordinate point with regional context and allows for inference over a region of land using Numeric Integration.
